Well this was a pretty good but busy week for us. On Tuesday I had a meeting in Piura for all of the district leaders and on Friday we had a conference with elder grow from the 70. He taught us a bunch of good stuff and our mission should improve in our number of baptisms. We have an investigator who accepted to be baptized June 14th and now we are trying to get her 4 kids to get baptized with her. We also have 2 or three other investigators that we are going to try and prepare for that day so that we can have a giant baptismal service here so pray that that can work out for us ha-ha. Other than that there's not really anything else to say ha-ha. We found a guy whose name is Lodwin whose birthday is March 18 and he is pretty much exactly like me and my dad ha-ha so that was pretty weird. Well that's all for this week. Love you guys.

Well this was a pretty fast week here in Chulucanas. We had two exchanges this week. The first one elder Romero from Las Vegas came to Chulucanas with me for a day. He played basketball for UNLV before he came to the mission so it was nice to talk sports with him and stuff. When we were about to go to bed we found a mouse in our room and we trapped it and went and found the people we live with's cat and we put them both in the box together hahahahaha let just say it didn't end well for the mouse. we have a lady that we are teaching that is named Teresa and she has bad kidney problems but is always coming to church and everything. She is going to get baptized with her daughter on June 14 and two of her sons are going to get baptized on the 28. We also have a girl named Elfy that is going to get baptized on the 28 and we found a guy that is progressing really well and will be getting baptized shortly. Ha-ha it sucks because we are finding all these people now and I am most likely getting transferred in two weeks. Today we were in Piura in a zone activity and ate Chili's again ha-ha. Well that's pretty much it for this week. love you guys!

Well this was a really good week for us in Chulucanas. It started out with some bad news though. If you guys remember I was telling you guys about our investigator named Fermin and how he wanted to get baptized and everything but needed to get married first. So he went to Puno like a month ago to go get all his paperwork done to get married then get baptized. Well we went to visit his house this week to see if he was there and his wife came out and told us that he is going to stay in Puno until December to work and then he will come back. We were so sad after that. But we do have some good investigators that are progressing really good and we have 2 baptisms this Saturday and 2 for the 28th. This is most likely my last week here in Chulucanas with transfers being the other Monday so it should be a good way to go out i would say ha-ha. We also had interviews with the president this week and those are getting better every time. My mission president is awesome and I learn so much from him every time I am around him. Last night we went and stayed in the zone leaders room so we could play soccer and basketball today with a bunch of elders in Piura and it was awesome. We started playing in the morning and played for like 5 hours ha-ha. I'm freaking fried. Anyway I figured out that it is probably a good thing that the gringos are away from basketball for 2 years because by the time we got done playing everyone was just pissed at each other and arguing hahahaha I think I will just stick to playing soccer with the Latinos for a while ha-ha. I have finally figured out that i should just play goalie ha-ha. Love you guys!
